Order Cancellation
Order cancellation before shipment (1-2 working days ) is acceptable. The refund will be returned to the original payment account.
Canceled by Paddlesshop
We will cancel your order for the below reasons:
Product(s) unavailable currently, Paddlesshop tries to contact customers and does not get a reply in 7 days.
High-Risk Order(s) identified by Credit Card bank or Paypal. To ensure your card safety, we will cancel your order.
No Shipping Methods. If we are not able to ship to your location, Your order will be canceled.
Our refund policy lasts 15 days(This means that the calculation starts when the order is placed).. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refund for Delivered Product
For returns, please click on the Paddlesshop Return Policy for more information. If your return request is approved, please return the product and send the tracking number to Paddlesshop.
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing once your order arrives at our facility. Items requiring extensive testing could take up to 7-14 business days.
Refund

If you email us after we have shipped your order to say that the package is no longer wanted and you want to cancel the order. However, since the package is in transit and cannot be intercepted, you will need to wait until the package arrives in your country, you refuse the package, the package will be returned, and we will refund your order after receiving the package. The time it takes for a package to be returned depends on the shipping time and the carrier, it usually takes us 15-60 days to get your returned package. This means that we will refund your order within 15-60 days (depending on when we get the returned package).
Note: * Some countries do not support direct return of packages, you need to sign for the package before sending us. Because you want to cancel the order for your own reasons, you will have to pay the shipping cost for the returned package.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Items Delivered Less Than Perfect
We go to great lengths to ensure that your gear arrives in perfect condition. If items are delivered missing parts, damaged or defective, we will cover it by replacing the item/part at no cost to you.
To report a less than perfect situation, please fill out the form. Provide details including images if possible so we can diagnose the issue and quickly evaluate your request.
After receiving the request, it may take up to 7 days to process and determine its validity. If approved, we will reach out to you regarding the next steps. The original item must be returned before the replacement can be shipped(If the paddle exceeds $90, please return it to us. You don’t need to return any paddle under $89). PADDLESSHOP will cover return shipping by providing shipping labels or refunding the shipping cost with a valid shipping receipt. Once your return is received and inspected, we will initiate the replacement process. It may take up to 21 days for the replacement item to arrive.
Refund and Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Please note: Paddles that show signs of abuse are also not eligible for return/exchange.
Who will bear the freight incurred when returning the goods:
If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
New and Unused Product
Paddlesshop offers a (15) day return policy on all new unopened equipment, starting from the date the product(s) was delivered to the customer. Anything beyond (15) days of delivery will not be eligible for return. If the product(s) received have been opened, used or damaged, no return options will be offered. If the item is in brand new condition but requires to be repackaged a (15%) restocking fee will be applied. The shipping cost for any unwanted product will not be refunded by Paddlesshop (It is recommended to choose a return shipping method with tracking).
For returns on New and Unused Product, we require that items are brand new with no signs of use. Packaging needs to be undamaged and fully intact and contain included accessories etc. We require proof of a new condition with high-quality photos or a high-quality video showing that item(s) is in new condition with all included accessories. In the case that the item(s) is returned and the condition is not in New and Unused or included accessories are missing, the return will not be completed and the item(s) will be returned back to the customer.
Return the Wrong Product
If you receive the wrong product(s) from us, please contact Paddlesshop customer service within 15 days, and we will help you to solve out. Also, if you return the wrong product(s), the wrong product(s) should be in unused condition.
Paddlesshop will resend the right product(s) to you after receiving the package you return.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
